1. Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as courier availability, public holidays, or high-demand seasons.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India (including major cities, towns, and pin codes)

Please check availability for your location during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping on prepaid orders. An Advance fee of ₹200 applies to orders of Cash On Delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier’s website or our “Track Order” page.

5. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist you in tracking your order and coordinating with the courier.

6. Important: Record Opening Video

To ensure a fair resolution in case of damaged, defective, or missing items, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your package.

📹 Please make sure:

  • The package is shown sealed before opening

  • The product is unboxed fully in one continuous shot

  • The shipping label is clearly visible

Exchange requests for damaged or incorrect items without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
